About AI Headmaster

Yin Guofeng · Tencent WorkBuddy Official Ambassador · Tencent's first certified FDE engineer · Tencent-certified WeChat Channels creator · Former Alibaba Iron Army Principal

I'm Yin Guofeng. People call me AI Headmaster.

I joined Alibaba in 2004. For nearly a decade there I did one thing: turn frontline salespeople into a team that could fight. I built the Iron Army training system.

In March 2023 I started teaching entrepreneurs how to use ChatGPT for business. Since then, I've explored how AI can enter real sales, operations and management workflows through enterprise training and diagnosis.

In 2026, as Tencent WorkBuddy Official Ambassador, I combined Iron Army training methods with WorkBuddy into a competition-meets-course bootcamp: the first Ningbo cohort, where teams tried real transactions, delivery and review with local merchants. Ningbo cohort 1: 97 participants, 18 companies launched.

Today, with the coaching team at Hangzhou Rensheng Yingjia, I help enterprises start with a real business problem and carry a pilot into team practice.
